[OMS_MANAGERS] Carnival Recruiting

Good afternoon,

One of our City Councilor's has asked me to look into getting a carnival to
our town, since we have a large gravel lot that has served for a carnival in
the past. I was curious if any of you have been able to do so for your
programs and if you had any advice for such? Thank you in advance.
