[OMS_MANAGERS] Carnival Recruiting

[Business Outreach & Community Coordinator]

Good afternoon,

I know from talking to our Event Center (Fairgrounds) manager briefly that
the previous carnival they used wasn't coming to the area anymore (I'm not
sure what the reasoning is there). She also priced out the cost of a
Circus-type carnival, and that was going to cost $40,000 for them
initially.  I can go ahead and put you in touch with her since I have
minimal knowledge if you are interested.
