Elevate Your Executive Team: Conflict Management - Register here<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/conflict-management-with-grow-co-lab-tickets-153578612765>
Conflict. It's existed since the dawn of time, so you would think that in today's society we would be masters at managing it. But at times, nothing could seem further from the truth. Join guides, Nora and Darrin from Grow Co-lab, on a journey to understand typical causes of conflict and collect tools along the way for managing it to produce better results. Participants are asked to come prepared to discuss a time when they faced conflict in either their professional or personal life. The workshop will be conducted over Zoom and a link will be e-mailed to registrants in advance of the workshop. This session, the next in the Elevate Your Executive Team series of webinars, is hosted by Wyoming Main Street. Register here<https://www.eventbrite.com/e/conflict-management-with-grow-co-lab-tickets-153578612765>

Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is Out of Funds...for most borrowers
Going forward, the program will only accept new applications from community financial institutions (CDFIs), which generally make loans to businesses that are run by women, minorities, and other underserved communities, as about $8 billion in funding was set aside for such businesses. That leaves the application window closed for most businesses. The SBA will continue to fund outstanding approved PPP applications from other lenders but won't accept any new applicants. The exhaustion of funds, which was announced Tuesday, comes just weeks after the PPP was extended through the end of May to allow borrowers more time to apply for the forgivable loans.

31 Ways to Celebrate Historic Preservation Month
Preservation Month began as National Preservation Week in 1973. In 2005, the National Trust extended the celebration to the entire month of May and declared it Preservation Month to provide an even greater opportunity to celebrate the diverse and unique heritage of our country's cities and states. This year, the National Trust is focusing Preservation Month on telling the full American story, offering you a wide variety of ways to discover and save places that showcase the depth and diversity of our nation's history. The 31 ways to celebrate Historic Preservation Month was kicked off with a call to share a place that helps tell a little-known or underrepresented piece of the American story. It could be a place tied to local, national, or even your own family history. NTHP will be highlighting a selection of your places in the coming months, so be sure to use #TellTheFullStory and tag @SavingPlaces on Twitter and Instagram before May 31!#TellTheFullStory on Social Media.
