[OMS_MANAGERS] Vetting Projects

Good Morning All,

As many of you know we are working to get our policies and procedures
in order for selecting projects if we have more than one interested
businesses.

Would anyone be willing to share with us your (form) or grade sheet which
helps you select the best project to put forward.

I really appreciate any advice or materials you can provide.
