Space for collaboration and demonstrating full activation for other
businesses. If you are in a prime location make sure you are open or have
as many things happening there as possible, so that you aren't
contradicting your call for businesses to be open more days and hours.
Also, don't forget a bathroom (maybe one you can open to the public when
you are open - again setting an example) and a kitchen at least a
kitchenette with a sink, small fridge, and microwave - pretty sure none of
us make enough to eat out everyday.

I would love to hear if you have success getting funding from the URA for
this. We've been considering proposing funding of a Welcome Center (we are
more geared towards community than tourism at this time) and if your
request is successful I could share that with our URA advisory committee.
