[OMS_MANAGERS] Package stores downtown?

Does anyone else have a liquor store downtown? Or an ordinance making it an
unallowable use?

OLCC just approved a liquor store in Oregon City and because of our mixed
use code, the liquor store will be moving into one of our best retail spots
in downtown. It's probably too late to do anything about this one - the
City Commission even disapproved their license for a downtown location and
the OLCC overrode it - but my EV committee is interested in seeing if there
were any other communities that have dealt with this or found a good
solution.
