[OMS_MANAGERS] Nonprofit attorney recommendations

We've hired Catalyst Law <https://catalystlawllc.com/> (NAO referral) and I
really like them. I also interviewed Rational Unicorn Legal Services
<https://rationalunicornlegalservices.com/>, and liked their approach, but
the principle that I met with knew too many Hillsboro folks.  We were
hiring legal services while working on renewal of the EID and needed
someone without Hillsboro connections (we have a lot of lawyers in our
Downtown, because of the courthouse).
