Hello Main Street-ers!

We are sharing another round of details about RDI's upcoming biennial Regards to Rural conference (R2R). We'd love to have you join the event and are happy to answer any questions you might have. Please see the end of this email for discount codes and information about scholarships for free registration. If you are seeing this information for the first time, our sincere apologies for the short notice.

We are honored to hold our 12th Regards to Rural conference beneath the Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. This unique event for community members and leaders throughout the Pacific Northwest and beyond will be held at Wildhorse Resort & Casino in Pendleton, May 20-21. Started in 2002, R2R is an opportunity to gather to celebrate rural, obtain tools to make change in your communities, discuss rural priorities, and inspire action to help pave the way to rural vitality.

The 2022 Conference Features:

  *   Keynote - The Rural Choice: Opening New Doors and Welcoming New Neighbors

Hear from rural sociologist and International Rural Renewal Research Prize recipient Benjamin Winchester as he discusses his applied research on economic, social, and demographic topics surrounding a theme of "rewriting the rural narrative."

  *   Two Days of Breakout Sessions & Networking Opportunities

     *   Equitable Access to Resources
     *   Policy Strategies & Communication Tools
     *   Equitable Economies & Entrepreneurship
     *   Diverse & Inclusive Rural Leadership

Final registration cost with this discount will be $275.00. This discount code will be available until conference registration closes on May 13th.
