FYI – Main Street Online is a self-assessment tool developed by industry leaders in partnership between Main Street America and GoDaddy to help small businesses with twenty or fewer employees to improve their online presence. It is on the public access side of MSA’s website at https://mainstreetonlinetool.org/. It is now available in both Spanish and English.

This dynamic tool, originally launched in the spring of 2021, guides small business owners through an assessment of their unique e-commerce needs and provides actionable steps to implement an effective online strategy.
