[OMS_MANAGERS] Renderings - Main Street

I taught myself how to use the free version of Sketchup for some smaller
projects. There are lots of great youtube tutorials if you don't have
funding for a professional or a volunteer to do renderings. Especially if
this is just a teaser to get your City excited about the possibilities.
