[OMS_MANAGERS] Employee evaluation

Good examples have been shared regarding the executive director evaluation. About a year ago, we started a different way of doing evaluations at the state. We establish some overall goals and the do quarterly check-ins with our managers to discuss our priorities. I really get great value from this process and will think about how we might share a bit more at a future Mornings on Main.

For board evaluations, attached is a sample board self-evaluation form. I also attached our old board handbook which includes an organizational evaluation but the Main Street America new Accreditation form is also a good organizational assessment tool.
