[OMS_MANAGERS] Street Closures for Events Survey

Hello group! Our city council is looking to update their policies regarding street closures in our downtown for events. It's currently very time consuming application process and at the upper end you must submit 8 months in advance. We would like to get input from the downtown businesses. Has anyone done a survey recently on this type of subject? I'd love to not have to reinvent the wheel as far as questions, and you might have received input which you didn't think to include in the form.
