[OMS_MANAGERS] Street Closures for Events Survey

Hi Elaina,

We have not done a survey, but here is our current process for special
events and street closures (attached). This is city-wide, not just
downtown. This is a new process for us, so our Association has not gone
through the process, but the feedback from our Chamber has generally been
positive.
