Elaina,

We haven't done one for a few years, but when we did here are the questions
it included:

Are you a business owner, property owner or Hillsboro resident?
If you're a business owner, which events have shown an increase in sales
for your business?
What are your thoughts on street closures?
Downtown Hillsboro has...
Are these the right types of events? Why or why not?
If you could only choose three of the below events to keep in Downtown,
which would they be? (check three)
Of the following campaign strategies, which three would you like to see?
Do you have any other event or campaign ideas to share?
Are you interested in sitting on a committee to help identify Downtown's
event & campaign strategy?
If yes or maybe, please list your name and contact info so we can follow up
with you.


It was a Google form that I can't find, but I've attached the report, which
has more details about the multiple choice questions for you to see.
