[OMS_MANAGERS] Executive Director Project Management Roles

Hey everyone,

Hope you are all enjoying your Friday and are excited for the rain! A
question has come up regarding the role an Executive Director would play in
the day-to-day management of an OMS Grant Project. For example, do you as
Executive Directors solicit bids, manage the contractors, and manage the
construction itself, or is that something done by the property
owner/contractor? I want to see what the best practices have been for each
community, thanks!
