[OMS_MANAGERS] Self watering planters

Hi Kendall,

I am still new and haven’t gone through the watering of the flower pots yet, but we do have the self watering ones. It sounds like when they started them they weren’t put in correctly so some don’t work. I would be happy to connect you with our parks director for more info
