[OMS_MANAGERS] Self watering planters

Hello everyone,

I am researching self watering flower pots for our downtown.  Do any of you on the east side of the Cascades use these, and are they effective?   If you do and are having good luck on saving on water and watering labor etc, please share the brand and a little about your experience.  It is such a big investment.
