Hello, Main Street network!

I wanted to reach out and see if any of you have a kind of rubric that you have created for this year’s Revitalization Grant? I have been quite busy with other City work, so it would be helpful to reuse something 😊 Downtown Estacada Commission will be reviewing grant proposals/projects at their meeting on 2/6, so I have some time, but I thought I would ask.
