[OMS_MANAGERS] Grants used on mucipal buildings

Good Morning!

I have a few questions today that I'm hoping the group can help with.

We have concerns coming from city staff regarding the use of grant money on
municipal buildings. We have a city council meeting next week and would
like to take them examples of communities that have used grant money to
improve the facade or make minor renovations on similar buildings. If
your community did something like this, what issues did you come up
against?

A primary interest right now is installing an ADA door to our library which
is located within the city hall building. We're also looking for
contractors for this type of project if anyone has a suggestion.

Lastly, a long term goal is to add lighting on our Main Street. It would be
great to talk to any of you who have completed similar projects. Lessons
learned, tips on the grant writing, and what you wish you had known before
you started.

This is my first time reaching out for issues so if I need to separate my
