[OMS_MANAGERS] Troubleshooting Quarterly Reports

Hello All,

I'm reaching out to let you know that we have some preliminary troubleshooting areas that have been identified with the new Excel spreadsheet for reporting at the Affiliated, Designated, and Accredited levels. Holly out of Coos Bay has been working on filling out parts of the report and has flagged a few items for me to look into. At this time, I'm unsure of what is going on so I am going to attempt to work through these errors together today and tomorrow.

If you need to download a new excel form after I make edits, I will let everyone know. Also, if you are completing your report and experience errors please reach out to me directly, as Sheri will send you my way anyway. I'll be as immediately responsive as I can.

Please know that it is my priority to continue to work through these challenges to make this as accessible a format as possible for you all, that is easy to use. As with any new process, there are always unexpected speedbumps. I thought I had found them all in beta-testing the forms myself, but as always, Main Street folks are on top of it and have found the chinks in my armor.
