[OMS_MANAGERS] PPT from today's MoM and link to next week's call

Hi all,

Thank you for those who joined us for our MoM call this morning with Donna Harris. Attached is the ppt with an overview of the new Policies & Procedures<https://www.oregon.gov/oprd/OH/Documents/OMS%20Policies%20and%20Procedures%20-%20WEB.pdf> manual for Main Street organizations. Due to a recording glitch, we don't have a recording available. However, the attached PPT includes speaker notes so that will help fill a bit of the info that was covered. The manual is a fillable PDF that can be customized for your organization. It contains some of the types or policies and procedures main street organizations should consider adopting to help with smoother operations. Updates were provided by Donna Harris with Heritage Consulting, Inc. with special updates for the personnel policies section by Nicole Feightner, PHR/SHRM-CP, Bridgetown People Consulting.

Next week's MoM call will be an open forum to discuss whatever topics are on your mind. Cam and I will be on vacation, however, you will have the awesome and wonderful Katie Henry open the call. Below is the link to join next week.
