[OMS_MANAGERS] Facade improvement grants

Marci,
We offer a reimbursement grant of up to 50% of project costs. The small grant is up to $10,000 reimbursement. We combined Façade Improvement and Small Grant into one program few years. Over the first 2.5 ish years we issued $77,606 in façade improvement funding. Since then we've issued another $26,744 in small grants.

Good afternoon,

We are currently exploring the possibility of providing an opportunity for our downtown businesses to apply for facade improvement grants. What have you found to be your most successful strategies for small grants? Specifically, I'm referring to a sweet spot for match requirements (if any) etc. We want this to feel accessible and equitable for our downtown businesses as much as we can.
