Hi Marci --
One thing that has worked very well in Sandy has been to skew
reimbursements so that the City pays a larger percentage for small jobs
than large ones. The reason we did this is because we had a lot of older
buildings in our downtown that weren't being maintained well, and this
provided extra incentive for business owners to start thinking about upping
their game. You can see our reimbursement table in Section V under Program
