[OMS_MANAGERS] Event Vendor Management

I have a question about vendor management for events.  Our Street Fest has become very successful over the years and we have been manually managing the vendors which has become very time consuming.  Can anyone tell me of a vendor management program they use or any solutions to this problem?  Thank you!
