[OMS_MANAGERS] Event Vendor Management

I felt with the same problem in Coburg! I just formed a committee of
vendors to help run the markets with me. They are also going to help with
promotion and vendor recruitment. We are having our first meeting next
month and will report back! Having more hands on deck I thought would be
the best approach. Plus vendors themselves have inside knowledge on how
efficient markets are run.
