Hi Tyler,
Attached is the ADHDA’s in word doc format if anyone wants to use it.  I worked with our Org Committee to go through the lengthy process of updating it as it had not been updated since 2013 and then our board reviewed it as well.  Our current Org Committee chair is a lawyer so that really helped.
