[OMS_MANAGERS] Light Pole Banner Program

Hello All,

I have been talking with our city officials about adopting a light pole
banner program. I know some of your towns allow for people to "purchase"
banners or even have fun banner fundraiser things you do in February. So I
am hoping for any information on this so we can look at adding this as well
to our area.
