[OMS_MANAGERS] Light Pole Banner Program

Howdy!

The Hillsboro Downtown Partnership has a banner fundraiser in the fall for
our "Season of Gratitude" fundraiser and the winter "Love is in the Air"
fundraiser.  People can purchase a personal message to put on the banner
($50 per side), they can buy as many as they like and they have the option
to purchase the banner after it comes down ($160).  The phrases are printed
on stickers and placed on the banners, so that we may reuse them year after
year.
