I would check in with Oregon Corrections Enterprises. https://oce.oregon.gov/manufacturing/ They make shelters, benches, and a wide variety of items. Plus right down the hill from you. Cascade and Stayton High Schools had welding programs. Cascade welded some signage posts for the City of Aumsville. Stayton High School used to partner with local businesses too. I'd reach out to them both.

Hello Main Street Managers,

Does anyone know of interesting local businesses that makes decorative trash cans, bike racks, and/or poop bag dispenser for municipalities?

Back east, I knew of a great non-profit (The Steel Yard) that taught people how to weld artistically and they also worked on municipal projects such as trash cans, bike racks, and even bus shelters. Wondering if there is anything here in Oregon like that.
