Job Opening: Excited to announce that the Pendleton Downtown Association has just opened applications for their Executive Director Position. This is a full-time, salaried position. Salary range is $50,000.00 to $70,000.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include: Monthly health insurance stipend of up to $400.00 and 80 hours of annual paid leave and holidays that are identified in the Pendleton Downtown Association Handbook. New Season of Main Street Business Insights MSA has have released three episodes so far in the new season:
* In the first episode, host Matt Wagner shared his predictions for small businesses in 2024.

Main Street America's Annual Trend Survey: For Main Street Track Communities: MSA's annual trend survey is open. Please respond by March 1. * RAISE Grants<https://www.transportation.gov/RAISEgrants/apply> - Due February 28, 2024. Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) fund multimodal transportation projects.
* Rural Business Development Grants<https://www.rd.usda.gov/programs-services/business-programs/rural-business-development-grants> - Due February 28, 2024. Grants to support rural community economic development.
* Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant<https://www.nps.gov/subjects/historicpreservationfund/paul-bruhn-historic-revitalization-grants-program.htm> - Due March 19, 2024. Grants range in size from $200k-$750k to entities to pass through to hands-on preservation projects located in communities under 50,000 to foster economic development.
* DOT Safe Streets and Roads for All<https://www.transportation.gov/grants/SS4A> - Opening Soon! Anticipated to open in February. This opportunity is both for planning grants and implementation grants for transportation safety projects.
