[OMS_MANAGERS] OMS City Contract Samples

Hi All,

Attached is a short document of information I compiled from the four city
contracts that were shared with the group last week.  I specifically
focused on the dollars that cities were paying to the Main Street programs
in their city.

Our Outreach Committee is working on funding and is very interested in
urban renewal dollars and other sources of funding from Oregon cities to
Main Street organizations.  The four contracts are very different and
lengthy but address important information regarding expectations for both
the cities and the Main Street organizations.  I tried my best to distill
the legal jargon.  The ED's for these cities can tell you if I got anything
wrong, this was my take-away from what I read.
