Hi Donna,

Here are the three documents I have relating to Conflict of Interest.


  *   Conflict of Interest Policy
  *   Conflict of Interest Statement
  *   IRS document

NOTE: We also have all staff, board and relevant committees sign a confidentiality agreement. We often are aware of business comings and goings before it is public knowledge. Grant applications and execution bring building owners’ financial documents into play. With our membership and paid parking accounts, there is also confidential financial information. Parking citations bring another level of privacy and the need for confidentiality.
