[OMS_MANAGERS] Matrix-Terms + Dashboard

Hello all
It was great to see many of you yesterday. Attached are the two documents I
promised. Let me know if you have any questions. These both have saved me
numerous hours of searching and trying to figure out the important things
and more importantly leaving things for the next person so they don't feel
like they are walking into an utter mess.

My other trick is to put a 1 in front of things when I want them to land at
the top of the filing order.
