[OMS_MANAGERS] By-law clause for medical leave

Does anyone have a clause in your by-laws regarding medical leave of absence?

We have a board member dealing with some medical issues that can't attend meetings currently and it is affecting our quorum numbers at times.  They are not in a position to know long term yet if they can remain a member of the board or not and therefore do not want to resign.  We also have another board member that may need to take time off in the next couple of months for a different medical issue.

Our by-laws do not address these situations.  I was hoping to find verbiage regarding this that another is using that has already vetted for legal usage around this topic.
