* Funding Sources for Main Street handout: Attached is a handout that includes the general sources of funds for Main Street as well as a round-up of some of the more frequently used funding tools by our Network. This document came out of a request at one of our recent Mornings on Main calls and is just a starting point for conversations with your board on developing a sustainable funding plan or areas to strengthen your plan.
* National Association of Realtors Placemaking Grant | Access Link<https://realtorparty.realtor/community-development/placemaking> | Next round opens January 2026. Placemaking Grants fund state and local REALTOR(r) association-led projects that create new, outdoor public gathering spaces and destinations in a community on unused or underused sites.
* Oregon Community Foundation Grants (Opened December 2) | Access Link<https://oregoncf.org/grants-and-scholarships/grants/community-grant-program?utm_medium=email&utm_source=newsletter> | Spring grant cycle is right around the corner. Register for the OCF Info session from 3pm-4pm on December 11, 2025.
* Catalyst Design Grant, Salazar Architect - Deadline January 13, 2026 | Access Link<https://www.salazarch.com/pro-bono> | This program makes a gift of up to $15,000 in pro bono design services to an organization that owns a property and is looking at options for adding, revitalizing, or completing adaptive re-use to housing, or community-serving commercial spaces. Salazar will work with the organization to develop a series of design recommendations through the lens of our three Design Labs - Community Design, Wellbeing Design, and Sustainable Design.
