[OMS_MANAGERS] Central Business District Expansion

Good Afternoon everyone,

There are some very preliminary discussions at the staff level here in
Dallas about expanding the Central Business District (CBD). There are some
divergent opinions about this, and we wanted to get some feedback from
other communities within the network on 1) If this has been done before 2)
if it is something you would recommend and 3) how it was done.

If anyone has any help they can provide that would be great!
