[OMS_MANAGERS] Central Business District Expansion

[UBRA Uptown Business Revitalization Association]

In Oakridge we have expanded our bounds, that being said we operate as a
separate nonprofit organization, in which zoning is not an issue.
If you are a municipal entity then the zoning could be affected.
