Hi all - just wanted to share a few reminders - please note the tier level as applicable to your organization:


  *   2025 Annual Budget and Salary Survey:
     *   We updated the annual budget and salary survey to an on-line form using SurveyMonkey. Hopefully, this will result in easier sorting of data by type of organization, budget size, population, etc. All Accredited, Designated, and Affiliated Main Street level communities are required to complete this annual survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2025BudgetSurvey-update. Please submit this form by January 15, 2025.



  *   Participation Agreements:
     *   We sent out the 2025 Participation Agreements through Adobe DocuSign today for all our Accredited, Designated, and Affiliated Main Street level communities. We also sent out the Connected Communities Annual Agreement to those who have submitted their brief on-line annual report by 12/31/2024. These were emailed to the point of contact we have on record in our database. Please complete and sign by the January 30, 2025.



  *   Reporting - the links to the forms are on our website, www.oregonmainstreet<http://www.oregonmainstreet/>, and through the Orange Portal button:
     *   Connected Communities 2024 Annual Reports were due on December 31, 2024. If you did not submit your report, please do so ASAP. If we don't receive the report confirming your interest in continuing to participate in the Network, we will be moving you to inactive status.



     *   Accredited, Designated, and Affiliated Main Street 4th Quarter Reports (and any previous quarter report not submitted) are due by January 10, 2025. It is extremely important we have these submitted on time.



     *   Reach out to Cam if you have questions about accessing the on-line form.



  *   National Accreditation:
     *   Hopefully all our Accredited and Designated Main Street level organizations are working on the annual self-evaluation form through Main Street America's on-line portal. The self-survey is pretty extensive so don't wait until the last moment to submit this info.



     *   We also ask our Affiliated Main Street level with staff to complete the form as well.



     *   We don't expect Designated and Affiliated Main Street level communities to meet all the standards - but rather to use as a tool to identify areas that are strong and areas you might want to work on as a board over the next year.
