Hi Donna,

I would contact Christina Larson at Varitone Architecture. She and her team have worked on several Downtown projects, including ones that have gone through the process to meet all the requirements for Albany’s Historic District, our Landmarks Commission and the Secretary of the Interior Standards for multiple successful OMS Revitalization and Diamonds in the Rough grants.

She was active with the Albany Downtown Association for a number of years, serving on multiple committees, chairing our Design Committee and serving as our Board President. When a sweet baby entered her life, she needed to direct her extra energy to family but replaced herself with two amazing staffers who are encouraged to attend our committee meetings during compensated working hours as well as volunteer on their own time.
