[OMS_MANAGERS] Important Notice re: funding for OMSRGCommittee

My Rep and Sen. were at the grand opening for The Inn at Dayton on 
Wednesday night. I took the opportunity to note their presence, and 
their support and that an OMSRG helped fund the project. I did this via 
email after, so I could include why this was important for the project; 
why the OMSRG program is important to communities, to Main Street and 
provided the link to June 10 Oregon Heritage press release for the 2025 
grants. Won't make a difference now, but it give them some personal, 
local context for the next go round.
