[OMS_MANAGERS] Looking for collaboration platform

[City Club Forest Grove]

Hello,
We are seeking an application (preferably free) which allows our Main
Street Team to collaborate better. Currently we have all files and folders
in Google Drive (not workspace).  It does not allow access to non-google
email users by default and if you do jump through the hoops to get them
access, they can only access specific files for 7 days after you give
access.
It appears Workspaces is the same unless you purchase more access licenses
besides the administration, and this gets spendy.
Primary Goal is file sharing.
