Arts Builds Community: The new / FY2026 guidelines are now posted on the Oregon Art Commission's  website here<https://www.oregon.gov/biz/aboutus/artscommission/Documents/Grant%20Guidelines/ABC_FY26_Guidelines.pdf>. Applicants may start their applications now since all questions are included in the guidelines.
