Thank you to everyone who has provided us with information about caseloads and COVID-related challenges in your jurisdiction. We are reaching out again to get updated information, and we would greatly appreciate if you could briefly answer these questions:

  * What is your caseload like now compared to the same time last year? Please provide an approximate percentage of change.
  * Have you cut off taking new cases or do you anticipate needing to do that soon? If yes, when?
  * What is causing cases to languish in your jurisdiction?
  * What is making your work more difficult and time consuming during COVID?
  * Can you handle more, less, or the same number of cases now (during COVID) than pre-COVID?
  * Are court operations and opportunities for trial and settlement improving in your jurisdiction? If so, is this starting to reduce your caseloads or is it simply slowing the growth?

Please send your replies to Kimberly.l.mccullough at opds.state.or.us<mailto:Kimberly.l.mccullough at opds.state.or.us>.

Thank you in advance for any information you can provide!
