Sandy Blvd becomes Hwy 30, and was probably known as Sandy Highway or
Sandy Road back before Oregon had "highways"-- what was it's route in
1938? The Maryhill Museum guy (was his name Hill) played an instrumental
part of building the first road up the Gorge. When was that ... ?  For
you newcomers, it has been supplanted by I-84.
