[or-roots] help please

Cecil---I have done that---this is farther into the system.  I have emptied
the waste basket on the disk top lots and lots of times....This is when I
follow the path:
 my computer,
 program files,
 internet mail & news mail:
 up comes some things that look like notepads.  One is labeled 'deleted
items.idx and the other is deleted items.mbx.
