[or-roots] missing Marks family

Hi Carol,
     I have no connection with this line, I just did some census lookups to 
help out a fellow list subscriber. Yes, Bluford B. & Martha W, Marks are the 
parents of both Benjamin & Joseph P. Marks. Joseph is about 4 years younger. In 
1860 both boys are with their parents in Linn County, Oregon; in 1870 Joseph 
is with his parents in Wasco County, Oregon, I don't find Benjamin (he may be 
the Marks found in Grant County).

Marilyn and Kevin...sorry don't mean to eavesdrop on your conversation...but 
is this MARKS family the one that you are speaking of the one that I am 
familiar with that ended up in Wallowa County, Oregon?  I have the Wallowa County 
HIstory Book...my link to the MARKS family there is through the SIMMONS family 
(my maiden name).  This line is Benjamin MARKS and Elizabeth NYE.  The parents 
of Benjamin MARKS were Bluford B. MARKS and his wife Martha W. MOORE.  They do 
make mention of James P., but might not be the same one...was just 
curious...Carol
