[or-roots] Zickfoose

I have Zickafoose in my family tree. I've never heard of the "Zickafoose spot" - I am related to a Charlie (M.L.?) Zickafoose that was married to my father's 1st cousin Daisy GOODMAN. I don't have a marriage date but the relationship indicates they were probably married in the 1940's and from the stories I have been told lived in Eastern Washington. Does any of this look familiar to anyone?
