[or-roots] Fires near Sisters, OR?

I don't personally know the exact borders of the fire but there are some
maps on-line that show the borders at different times. The map called
"Fire Progression Map" dated 9/06/03 (link below) appears to go just
west of the summit and also on the south side of the highway. Not sure
how far from the highway, the Old Santiam Wagon Road is located, but it
doesn't look too good.
