[or-roots] OR Hist book's value?

Hey everyone,

Any of you know anything regarding the value and/or accuracy of this book?

"HISTORY OF OREGON, PEN & PICTURES FROM THE GARDEN OF THE WORLD"
By Rev. H. K. Hines D. D., pub., in Chicago 1893

It is a very large book full of Biographies and photos and more from early 
Oregon.  The pages are still sewn together, but have become unattached to 
binding, so is in need of repair. A few pages are loose and torn, however 
mostly readable. Poor to fair condition in general.  I want the book 
desperately, but not sure if asking price is right, $65.

Suggestions or advice?
