Came to Benton county, Oregon in 1853. His father was Elijah MULKEY. 

Married Sarah GIBSON (probably about 1868, in Oregon?)

Sarah Gibson had been married to James MURPHY, and possibly to CUMMINGS.

Daughter Margaret Jane MURPHY, born Feb 19, 1858 in IL
William J. born Jan 7, 1863 in Walla Walla (MURPHY?)
Zula born abt 1869 in OR (probably MULKEY)
Iona Elizabeth MULKEY, born May 28, 1873, Philomath
